Oops!

So I click on the tweet button and Twitter says:-

Sorry! we did something wrong. Try sending your tweet again in a minute.

So in a minute I click on it again and Twitter says:-

Oops! you have tweeted that already.

This is a simple bug that they should be able to fix.
