According to our bird book the only difference between the sexes is that the female has 'the base of the lower mandible is flushed red'. So without seeing them side by side I couldn't tell you, sorry!

Females have an orange lower mandible with a black tip. Males have a mostly black bill with some red at the base. I think this one is probably a female.
