Just a simple turn getting off one boat and on to another and POP!!!

Something went and now I have to be trussed up for weeks. Woe is me!

At least when I did my Achilles tendon I could ride a bike.

Oh dear... that surgical appliance looks like it'll more of a pain than the injury itself :(

Hope you are soon hopping around again normally on both pins.

Oh the joys of boating, are you sure you were not brake dancing, showing off to the natives.

Sorry to see you have injured yourself. If you would like a boost in the healing process I suggest you try comfrey poultices. They really do work. Just get someone to pick some leaves for you (enough to cover the injury) and mash them up. Place the mash over the injured area and wrap it in an ACE bandage or cling film and tape it so it stays in place. I've done four of these poultices and my foot is finally healed after 9 months. I wish I had thought to do it sooner. Take care!
